Trade show customization · by Merch Troop
Give your exhibit a live merch experience with a clear job to do. Merch Troop plans customization around the booth boundary, attendee conversations and the show schedule, so the activity supports your team on the floor.

Explore four zones in a conceptual station. Actual placement depends on the booth and show rules.
A finished sample and concise menu should explain what an attendee can receive before they join the ordering area.
Planning example only. Product, artwork, equipment and availability are confirmed in your project scope.

Give brand staff room to speak with attendees while the production crew handles the item workflow.
A separate collection point can keep returning guests from blocking new orders or the booth’s main conversation area.
From Merch Troop’s published event record.
Merch Troop’s published recap describes a two-day activation at the Los Angeles Convention Center: a two-person crew applied three distinct patch designs, with decorative accent patches, to 200 sling bags. The team brought the heat-press equipment and handled setup, production and teardown. The recap records the full quantity completed by the end of the second day.
That project used bags. Your booth might call for hats, apparel or another approved product; the product and decoration method belong in the brief before the station is designed.

A finite patch menu makes the guest decision visible. Show the approved product and design choices before the order point, then give the crew a separate place to apply the decoration and check the result. Identify where the attendee returns to collect it.
The published quantity describes that particular job. To plan yours, we need the live service window, expected participants and the busiest arrival periods. A two-day convention and a short session break put different demands on the same-looking station.
Plan the four zonesSpecify the item, quantity, size or color choices, decoration method and artwork menu. Say whether Merch Troop should supply the blanks or review products you already have. Include samples, artwork preparation and any personalized text in the scope, rather than treating every guest request as the same production task.
List production hours, setup and teardown access, staffing, equipment, travel and the planned pickup process. Share your exhibitor manual and identify who orders venue services and handles freight. Separating those responsibilities lets your team compare quotes against the same brief and see which event costs still need an owner.
